Homemade Face Masks To Tighten Facial Skin

Skin aging can be a result of age, environmental pollution, stress, unhealthy diet and lack of proper skin care. No matter what it reason is, sagging skin is something that you certainly do not desire. HOMEMADE FACE MASKS TO TIGHTEN FACIAL SKIN

You can easily make your skin look firm if you use these homemade nourishing face masks at regular intervals:

  • EGG WHITE MASK:Egg mask-Image source
    Mix the white of an egg with 1 tbsp yoghurt and a pinch of sugar. Apply the mixture on face and neck. Allow it to dry and rinse off with warm water. Do this treatment once in a week to remove any signs of skin aging. Albumin contained in egg makes your skin firm and yoghurt helps remove blemishes. This mask is excellent for cleansing, toning and exfoliating your facial skin.
  • ALOE VERA MASK:

    Give your skin a dose of vitamin E and phytochemicals with aloe vera gel. Mix aloe vera gel, honey and mayonnaise (1 tbsp each) and apply on cleansed face and neck. Wait for 15 minutes and wash off with plain water. Do it once every week to improve the elasticity of skin and protect your skin from environmental stress.
  • CLAY MASK:

    Mix 2 tbsp Kaolin cla with 1 tsp powdered milk. Use rosewater to make a smooth paste. Apply the mask on face and neck and rinse after 15 minutes. Clay helps tighten sagging skin and also boost collagen production. Use this mask once every week for best results.

 

EXTRA TIPS

  1. Facial muscle exercises should be done daily to tighten your skin.
  2. Keep stress at bay. Sleep at least 8 hours every day and go for yoga as well as meditation.
  3. Drink plenty of water.
  4. Stay away from smoking and boozing.
  5. Always use sunscreen with high SPF.
  6. Use natural toners like cucumber juice, rosewater, lemon juice and ACV whenever possible.
  7. Include food items rich in antioxidants in your diet.
  8. Use a good quality skin firming night cream before going to bed.
