How To Use Methi Seeds To Treat Hair Problems Naturally

Methi seeds or fenugreek seeds are not just wonderful to spice up your curries.  These tiny seeds are excellent as hair treatment as well! Check out how you can use methi seeds for getting beautiful hair sans dandruff and damages:

  1. METHI-LEMON JUICE FOR TREATING HAIR FALL: Grind soaked fenugreek seeds and add lemon juice to it to form a paste. Massage your scalp with the paste and leave it on for 40 minutes. Wash off thoroughly with lukewarm water. This treatment is effective for curing hair fall naturally.
  2. METHI-ACV PACK FOR OILY SCALP: Soak 2 tbsp methi seeds in ACV overnight and make a paste. Apply this paste on scalp to reduce greasiness and control excess sebum secretion. Wash off with a mild shampoo.
  3. METHI OIL FOR HAIR GROWTH: Boil methi seeds in coconut oil and let it cool. Heat the oil every time you massage your scalp with it. Do it at bedtime and shampoo your hair next morning. This treatment, done every alternate day, is very effective for promoting hair growth.
  4. METHI-CURD PACK FOR TREATING DANDRUFF: Mix 2 tbsp methi powder with 4 tbsp curd to make a paste. apply on scalp to get rid of dandruff.
  5. METHI-COCONUT MILK FOR TREATING DAMAGED HAIR: Reverse the damage done to your hair by making a paste of fenugreek powder with coconut milk. Post application, cover your hair with a towel and after half an hour, shampoo as usual. This should be done once every week.
