My take on Sugar Cosmetics Smudge Me Not Liquid Lipstick~16 Bare Flair:

Sugar cosmetics Smudge Me Not liquid lipsticks comes in a beautiful outer carton as seen below with list of  ingredients mentioned in it. The lipstick comes in a transparent plastic tube packaging with a doe foot applicator. The applicator could have been slight sleeker for a precise application but hey, I’m not complaining.

Shade: 16 Bare Flair is a beautiful medium nude brown shade with rosy mauve undertones. It can be an mlbb shade for a lot of deeper skin tones. The shade appears deep brown on me but it can be worn everyday.

Pigmentation and staying power: Bang on! One coat is all you need and you are good to go. It will last the entire day . It is completely smudgeproof so I would suggest a very precise application. You would need a good makeup remover for complete removal. The only con is that it can be quite drying so a lipbam is recommended prior application. It does accentuate fine lines.

How to Apply: For precise application, apply it to your bottom lip first and then tend to your upper lip. Since the formula is very pigmented, we suggest applying the colour to the bottom lip first, pressing your lips together and then filling in your Cupid’s bow.

Rating: 4/5

Repurchase: Yes! 16 Bare Flair is highly pigmented and the color is awesome. I would repurchase it.
