Sanjha Chulha Celebrates 15 Glorious Years

When it comes to Dhaba style North Indian food ,Sanjha Chulha has always been in the top lists for the people of the city.And with impeccable hospitality and great food Sanjha Chulha completes 15 glorious years.And as a part of the celebration we city bloggers were invited for a special lunch at the restaurant at E M Byepass.



To mark this occasion Sanjha Chulha has selected 15 of their best and most loved dishes which you can order at Rs 200 only for any one of the dishes which will be available till the 30th of November.

“It’s an incredible feeling to celebrate this achievement. We are very proud of our team and the people whose support brought us so far in our culinary journey,” said Asif and Anup. “We still remember the first six months when there was hardly any footfall. But after that first hurdle was over, we never had to look back. Our heartfelt thanks to our patrons, friends, family and well-wishers who stood by us,” they added.

Executive Chefs Md. Shamshuddin and Md. Maqsood said, “Our North Indian cuisine is remains the top favourite. From the starters to the main course to the dessert, our classic dishes have never failed us. We keep our recipes close to our hearts but the secret ingredient is always love,”

We were extremely lucky to be a part of the celebrations and indulged in an extremely satisfying lunch.We started with Firangee Seekh KebabJugal bandi seekh,Sarson fish tikka,Chutney paneer tikka. The firangee seekh kebab had to be my favourite ,cooked with cheese and wonderful spices this is a must try.

For mains we had Methi malai paneer,Chicken Changrezi,Rhara ghosht.As accompaniments we had Khasta Naan and Butter Naan.Not to forget the Biryani at Sanjha Chulha is the perfect blend of spices,flavours and aroma and is cooked to perfection.

To end the lunch on a sweet note( customary Indian traditions) we tried the Firni and Gulab Jamun with Rabri.What better could we have asked for?

Sanjha Chulha is the place  if you want probably one of the best North Indian cuisine in the city with the comfort of a fine dining.For a treat with friends or even for a major kebab craving this is the place where you need to be.

Also adding a feather to its cap Sanjha Chulha has been instrumental in starting the first FOOD ATM in West Bengal which earned rave reviews from all corners.Well this is indeed a noble cause and is highly appreciable and by helping in it we help so many people in the society and share a bond of happiness and joy.
