Himalaya Herbals Gentle Daily Care Protein Shampoo And Conditioner: Review

Of late, I have been using a lot of Himalaya Herbals products for my skin. I have tried their range of body creams and face cream and body lotion; trust me, I loved them all! I thought of trying their hair care range. I have oily scalp and dry hair. In fact, my scalp is prone to dandruff and I suffer from hair fall every now and then. So, you can understand- hair woes never tend to leave me!

Since my scalp is oily, I have to shampoo every alternate day and since my hair is somewhat dry, conditioned is much needed. I decided to invest in Himalaya Herbals Gentle Daily Care Protein Shampoo and Conditioner. Both come in sturdy white plastic bottle with a flip-open green cap. The product has to be dispensed by squeezing the body of the bottle a bit. While the shampoo is somewhat runny in consistency, the conditioner is thick and creamy.

The shampoo lathers well and even a small amount is enough to cleanse my shoulder-length hair of dirt and grease. Then, after washing it clean, I apply the conditioner along the length of my hair like cream. But after washing, I would invariably find strands of hair twirl on my palm.

These are quite average products from the house of Himalaya Herbals. I would like to rate the shampoo at 3.25 out of 5 and the conditioner at 3 out of 5. I wouldn’t really like to repurchase them.
