Faces Magnet Eyes Kajal Review

BY SOMREETA MUKHERJEE

Kajal forms an important aspect of any girl’s regular makeup regime. Lately, I happened to lay my hands on Faces Magnet Eyes Kajal. Now, makeup is almost synonymous with lipstick and kajal for me. So, I have to ensure my kajal doesn’t make me look ghastly (which most of the kajals do within a few hours of application-thanks to smudging) and so, I chose this 24-hour smudge-proof formula.

Priced at Rs 175 for 0.35 g, Faces Magnet Eyes Kajal is quite affordable. The kajal comes in a sleek red body with a red cap that shuts tightly with a click; hence, it is travel-friendly and sturdy. It has a tender, smooth and creamy texture that is easy to apply with a dark pigmentation that gives desired result only with a single swipe on the waterline.

Now, the staying power is somewhat like 5 to 6 hours, after which it starts to smudge; hence the all-day staying power claim is somewhat not true. However, I must admit that even as it smudges, it makes me look less ghastly as compared to other kajals that smudge. So, there is a subtle sense of ‘proper’ smudging, if I can put it that way! However, I am quite okay with the staying power of the kajal and one can always apply and reapply if needed.

Since I have long eyelashes, it is difficult for me to remove any kajal for that matter. Surely, Faces Magnet Eyes Kajal is no different.
