Himalaya Herbals Revitalizing Night Cream- Review

I was looking for a budget night cream that would take care of my daily skin needs, help repair the damages done to my skin because of exposure to pollution and sun but at the same time, be easy on my pocket. I happened to lay my hands on Himalaya Herbals Revitalizing Night Cream. Read on to know my experiences with this basic night cream.

Priced at Rs 200 for 50 g, this night cream is meant for dry to combination skin. Here I need to add something- my skin is OILY and prone to pimples and acne. But I still wanted to give it a try because with the A.C. on at night, my skin tends to get dry and dehydrated. Night cream meant for oily skin seemed inadequate. Hence, I thought of trying this out as it would give my skin that extra hydration it needs at night.

It comes in a heavy glass tube packaging with a screw open green coloured cap. Every instruction and detail is mentioned on the square card board outer packaging. This white coloured cream feels light on skin and only a pea-size amount is enough.

I generally use it on cleansed face at night, before I go to bed. Only a few seconds of gentle circular motion and you feel sorted! It gets absorbed in no time and skin feels soft and supple, not only post application but even on the morning after. The best part is- it hasn’t broken me out! It has a pleasant revitalizing fragrance that makes it more enticing.

  • Reasonably priced
  • Easy on pocket
  • Shelf life of 3 years
  • Pleasant fragrance
  • Free from alcohol and parabens
  • Feels light on skin and is easily absorbed
  • Though meant for dry to combination skin, it suits my oily skin perfectly well.
  • Doesn’t break me out
  • Travel-friendly packaging
  • Makes skin soft, supple and somewhat glowing

  • Isn’t adequate for dry skin
  • I would prefer tube packaging for hygiene issues
  • Doesn’t help much with treating skin imperfections

An excellent budget night cream that helps you with your daily skin needs, Himalaya Herbals Revitalizing Night Cream is worth a try! Rating would be 4.25 out of 5
