Today is Januray 1, 2017 and this is the first post for this new year. The New Year comes with new promises of a new you! Forget whatever has happened and let’s start afresh. But it’s important to be real while making resolutions and harboring expectations as we would surely not like to make resolutions that would be forgotten within a week…or let’s say- a month! So, here are the top 3 beauty resolutions to make for the year 2017.

1.DRINK WATER: We keep ditching ourselves though we know that we Must drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every single day. Let’s now make a strong resolution to drink plenty of water day in and day out. This will not only flush out the toxins for a healthy body, but it will also ensure that you get a clear skin and beautiful hair.

2.IMPROVE THE APPEARANCE OF YOUR SKIN: Well, this means that you will try to do anything and everything that you can to ensure your skin is in good health. So, let me enlist a few pointers that would surely ensure that the appearance of your skin is improved:

  • A repetition of Resolution # 1- Drink gallons of water
  • Use SPF whenever you step out in the sun.
  • Remove makeup before retiring for the day. Make sure you follow a regular CTM routine- ‘Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing’ before going to bed. This will do away with impurities from your skin, tone your skin and nourish it from within. No matter how tired you are, promise yourself that you won’t skip this routine…NEVER!
