Harvest. Cook. Eat. Repeat: Farm to fork with Chef Vicky Ratnani

My grandmother still narrates stories about how they used to grow their own vegetables at the house backyard,they used to plant everything from green leafy vegetables to seasonal fruits.But these days She keeps on complaining about the amount of chemicals and pesticides used in vegetables  and always encourages in growing Fresh vegetables.Vegetables that are fresh not only keeps you healthy but also enhances the taste of the food when cooked.

All over the world chefs loves the idea of “farm to fork”.And to promote this Chef Vicky Ratnani ,who is extremely popular because of his TV shows and cook books will be conducting a live session demonstrating the concept of “farm to fork” at The Market Place happening in Vedic Village on the 10th and 11th of December.

we can all actually grow our basics like chillies,pudina,lemon etc,and thats where the concept lies:Eating fresh and healthy.The sheer happiness and satisfaction of cooking with vegetables from you own farm is incomparable.
