1.BREAD WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND A GLASS OF MILK

Piling your slice of bread with some yummy almond butter or peanut butter is an easy way to add protein to your breakfast. Two tablespoons of peanut butter that you can conveniently spread on two slices of brown bread give you 8 grams of protein. To make your breakfast more filling and nutritious, enjoy a cup of warm milk along with your bread. A cup of milk would give you yet another 8 grams of protein. Adding a boiled egg would give you another 13 grams of protein. For that delicious twist, add some powdered black pepper and sprinkle some oregano on your egg slices. A classic healthy breakfast that has stood the test of time!

 

2.OATS WITH YOGHURT

Soak 100 grams of oats (that contain 17 grams protein) in 100 grams yoghurt (that contains 10 grams protein). Add some water to make it soft. Sprinkle a few chunks of apple and add some sugar for making it tasty. A delicious way to have a protein-rich breakfast it is!

I love to put the mixture in refrigerator for an hour before I have it. It’s like having a frozen dessert first thing in the morning!

 

3.CHICKEN AND CHEESE SANDWICH

Boil some 100 grams chicken (that contain 27 grams protein) and mash it up with a boiled potato. Add a cube of cheese, some herbs and salt. Sprinkle black pepper powder and make your favourite sandwich that you can enjoy for breakfast. This breakfast contains about 30 grams of protein and is great for your taste buds too!
