Lakme Absolute Bi-Phased Makeup Remover: Review

BY SOMREETA MUKHERJEE

While makeup is an indispensible part of every woman’s life, the importance of removing makeup is often ignored. Foundation, compact powder, lipstick, kajal- I think these items are there in the list of everyday wear of all women, both young and old. So, it is advised that you start investing in makeup removers too! Today, I am going to review a product that I have been using for makeup removal. Check out my review of Lakme Absolute Bi-Phased Makeup Remover.

I have oily acne-prone. While I have seen many of my friends banking on olive oil or cleansing milk for removing makeup, I couldn’t ever think of using them on my skin. Hence, I gave a try to this light water and oil formulation.

HOW DO I USE IT?

I gently shake the bottle and spray the liquid on a cotton ball. 4 to 5 sprays are needed. I cleanse my skin gently and then, rinse off with plain water. It helps remove traces of makeup from skin and even the most stubborn lipstick stains off your lips. However, it doesn’t seem to work much for removing kajal (though I accept, I have rather heavy eye lashes).

It comes in a transparent blue bottle with a pump dispenser. So, it is easy to understand how much product is left in it and the spray bottle with a tight cap makes it travel-friendly too!
