1.SMOKY BEANS ON WHOLE GRAIN SEEDED BREAD

Keep your ‘toast’ ready with store-bought whole grain seeded bread. Now, heat a tbsp olive oil in a pan and add chunks of an onion. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and fry for 10 minutes over low flame. Crush the cloves of ½ a garlic and add them to the pan. Add strips of one small red pepper, diced tomatoes, around 200 grams of drained butter beans (or chickpeas), 2 tsp vinegar, a pinch of sugar and some salt to taste. Sprinkle some parsley and smoked paprika. As it starts simmering, cook for another 10 minutes. Now toast your bread and add a few chunks of garlic. Drizzle with a small amount of oil and pour the beans over your toast. Garnish with parsley and enjoy your quick and healthy smoky beans on whole grain seeded bread! Isn’t that really easy?

2.OMLETTE WITH MIXED BERRIES

Beat one large egg with a tbsp. skimmed milk and ½ tsp cinnamon. Heat ½ tsp olive oil in a frying pan and pour in the mixture. Swirl the pan to cover the base evenly. Cook for a few minutes to see the sheet of omlette turn golden. Place thic circular egg sheet on a plate, spread around 100 grams of cottage cheese and scatter about 150 grams of mixed berries like strawberries and blueberries. Roll it and serve! Enjoy this high protein breakfast with a dash of antioxidants for a fir body and healthy mind.

3.DRY FRUIT AND NUTS OATS BOWL

Soak some almonds overnight. Put around 1 ½ cups oats in 300 ml milk and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring it occasionally. Remove from the flame once the oats turn soft and the mixture turns thick. Now pour it in a bowl, add half-a-cup soaked almond crumbs, cashew nuts, pistachios and even raisins. You may even add a tsp flaxseeds and get that heavy dose of proteins and vitamins, early in the morning.
