Homemade Fruit Facial

For the homemade fruit facial for oily skin, you need to follow the following steps:

 

1.CLEANSING:

Dunk a ball of cotton in raw milk and rub your face with it using gentle circular movements. If you are not very fond of using milk on face and want to keep your ‘fruit facial’ strictly fruit-based, try out the following fruit cleanser: Combine 2 tablespoons of tomato juice with 1 tablespoon of cucumber juice. Apply it on face with a cotton ball, while you specially focus on the forehead, nose and chin that tend to be particularly oily. They act as a natural cleanser and astringent that cleanses well and opens up blocked pores.

2.EXFOLIATION/SCRUBBING:

The next step is scrubbing your skin to remove impurities and dead cells. Try out this tasty fruit-based homemade facial scrub for your oily skin. Mix 2 tablespoons of mashed strawberry with 1 tablespoon ground oats and ½ tablespoon lime juice. Apply on face and neck. Scrub gently for 2-3 minutes to reveal glowing skin.

3.NOURISHING

Not it is time for you to nourish you skin thoroughly using a rich fruit mask. Mix 2 tablespoons of mashed banana with a tablespoon of honey and a tablespoon of orange juice. Apply the smooth pack on face and neck liberally. Wait for 20 minutes and wash off. Skin feels hydrated and rejuvenated.

4.MOISTURIZING

After washing the face pack away, massage your face with this simple yet effective fruit massage cream. You need 4 grapes, a slice of orange, a small slice of papaya and 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Remove seeds (if any) from orange and papaya. Blend all the ingredients together to form a smooth and creamy paste. Apply this fruit cream on face and massage gently for about 5-7 minutes. This fruit cream fortifies your skin with natural fruit enzymes, controls sebum secretion and hydrates your skin naturally. Wipe it clean with a wet washcloth. Wash off with water.
