My take on the SUGAR Matte As Hell Lip Crayon Scarlett O’Hara: This little beauty comes  packed in a card box with all the details and the ingredients listed on it. The outer color of the crayon is black with a shade coded band on the bottom for easy identification. The only issue about this crayon is that it needs to be sharpened which leads to product wastage.

Color: If you are looking for the “Hollywood Glam” look, Scarlett O’Hara perfectly fits that part. I am so impressed by this shade. It is a beautiful neutral red color that can instantly brighten your face in no time . This would look amazing on all kinds of skin tones.

Texture: The formula has a creamy consistency that eventually settles into a matte finish. It is super smooth during application that doesn’t feel flaky or dry at all. This, by far, has the best matte texture in the beauty market. But if you are somebody who suffer from extremely dehydrated lips, a lip balm is recommended prior application. This power product is dermatologically tested & approved and 100% safe for your skin.

Pigmentation: The pigmentation is BANG ON!! It provides maximum coverage with the right amount of colour. A single swipe is all that you need for an opaque coverage. Beauties with pigmented lips will go gaga over this lipstick.

Staying power: It stayed for 4 to 5 hours on me. It does need a reapplication after meals.
