Himalaya Herbals I Oil-Free Radiance Gel Cream- Review:

The actual product comes in a heavy rounded glass jar with teal green coloured plastic screw cap. I don’t find it to be travel friendly because of the weight. Although the net volume of product is 50 gm but the glass jar makes it quite heavy.

Himalaya Herbals claims that this oil-free Radiance gel cream is gently hydrates and give oil-free radiant glow to skin without looking oily or greasy. This light, gel textured cream is enriched with special herbs like Barbary Fig AND Winter melon. Barbary Fig contains polysaccharides that are known to provide moisture, leaving your skin gently hydrated.- appropriate for Oily skin. Winter Melon exhibits anti-oxidants properties that keeps skin healthy, protected and rejuvenated.

The texture of the gel cream is light weight-waterbased gel consistency, sink into skin immediately after application. The product is slightly transparent almost like most gel products and has flowery scent to it which I am not a fan off. I don’t like strong scents in my skincare products.  The cooling effect of the cream gives calming and refreshing effect to skin makes it radiant and hydrated.  I love using this during day time right before applying moisturizer. My skin feel instantly hydrated and maintains moisture balance. It bring radiance to skin immediately without being oily. I will save this product for summer and use it as a face mask that is non- rinsable specially after coming back from scorching heat. * I just love the cooling effect it give to my skin*IMG_9457Personal Note: Although Himalaya Herbals claims this product is specially meant to be for oily skin but seeing the formulation of the product any skin type can use this. For Dry skin people, a heavy duty moisturizer is necessary. For Oily skin multiple layering may be needed during winters.

      Hello
if you feel your skin is looking dull you can apply a serum and also if you feel the cream is not hydrating your face properly then try a heavier moisturiser.
