WHAT THE BRAND SAYSA moisturising and soothing face cream formulated with peach extract, rich in antioxidants to help protect the skin. Leaves your skin incredibly supple and radiant. For all skin types.

PACKAGING: The face cream comes in a peach and white tube that has a nozzle with the help of which the required amount of cream can be dispensed. The white screw cap helps avoid spillage and wastage. Packaging is neat and travel-friendly.

TEXTURE OF PRODUCT: Apparently, the cream seems to be white in colour. However, a scrutiny would reveal that it’s slightly peach-cream in colour. Consistency is creamy; texture is soft and smooth. It blends well onto the skin. The fragrance is that of fruit and is pleasant.

ORIFLAME PURE NATURE PEACH FRUIT EXTRACT FACE MOISTURISER: MY EXPERIENCE

I have been using this face cream for the last 3-4 months. In Kolkata, the months of September and October are quite hot and humid, though it is surely not as hot as it is in May or June. I am talking about months and weather here because my skin (which is oily) has responded differently in different months. For instance, in September and October, the cream felt heavy on my skin after application. Face became prone to sweating and I felt a certain amount of discomfort. But then, it didn’t break me out. However, in November, things were different. My skin didn’t feel as uncomfortable and it moisturised my face without making my skin sweaty or greasy. In December, it suits me perfectly. Skin feels soft and moisturised after application. It gets absorbed in a couple of minutes after application.

I just take a pea-sized quantity and massage it on my face after cleansing. Since it is a face moisturiser, I don’t have to bother much- I use it during daytime and I use it as a night cream at times. I am certainly going to use it on my face for the rest of December and the month of January. I have realized that it is great for my skin during the winters.

ORIFLAME PURE NATURE PEACH FRUIT EXTRACT FACE MOISTURISER- PROS

  • Neat and travel-friendly packaging
  • It comes at an affordable price
  • Pleasant fragrance
  • A face moisturiser that can be used equally well, be it during daytime or at night, especially for dry and normal skin.

ORIFLAME PURE NATURE PEACH FRUIT EXTRACT FACE MOISTURISER- CONS

  • Though it says ‘suitable for all skin types’, my experience says that it is not a great choice for oily skin during the summer months (in Kolkata)
  • During winters, dry-skinned beauties might be in need of something more moisturizing.
  • Contains parabens

FINAL WORD

Oriflame Pure Nature Peach Fruit extract face moisturiser is a decent face cream for regular use, though nothing extraordinary. Rating would be 3 .5 out of 5
